Rim Magic USA 30th Anniversary Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Participants must follow Rim Magic USA on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok to be eligible to win.

  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Rim Magic USA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • Complete the registration form with your accurate contact information, including your phone number.

  • Follow Rim Magic USA on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Entries must be received during the National Corvette Museum’s 30th Anniversary Celebration.

3. Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive a set of Rim Magic USA rim protectors.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified by phone and announced on Rim Magic USA’s social media channels.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.

5. Privacy and Data Usage:

  • By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow Rim Magic USA to use their contact information for promotional purposes, including email updates and special offers.

  • Rim Magic USA will not sell, share, or distribute participants’ personal information with third parties.

6. Disqualification:
